We would rather under-promise on a specification than explain a failed consignment afterwards.
- Say no to a spec we cannot hold. If a target chemistry is outside what our furnace and raw materials allow, we will tell you at quotation stage.
- Test before release, not after complaint. Every heat is analysed against the tolerances on the order before the material is cleared.
- Certificate per consignment, referencing the heat and batch numbers on the bags.
- Screen analysis confirming size distribution before packing.
- Third party inspection welcome. Your inspector or an agency such as SGS can witness loading.
